CHARLES CASON AND THE MASTERS

We Sing A capella

Meet The Masters

Charles Cason, the leader of the group is a native memphian, and has been singing for over 30 years.  He is a 2nd tenor, with a voice that can be compared to the likes of Marvin Gaye.  He is a multi-talented, singer, songwriter, and a published author.

He started his music career as one of the founding members of "Crew Productions" recording studio, with the "late" William Jackson.

Leroy Anderson, a native memphian, has been singing for over 30 years.  He's  performed with several local bands such as "The Cancers", and "The Uniques".

Leroy is a first tenor, and has one of the best "falsetto's" I've heard in a long time.

Carl "Mike" Farmer is the baby of the group.  He sings baritone, and says that he is the "Co-ordinator" of the group.

He has been singing for over 20 years, and he sings in a style reminicent of "David Ruffin."  He says he's just having fun.

The group sings A capella, and can be seen performing weekly with The Carl Drew Blues Band, featuring Ms. Joyce Henderson, at the world famous B.B. King Blues Club, located on world-famous Beale Street, in downtown Memphis.

Listen spellbound as they perform such hits as "I wish it would rain," or the floor stomping "Aint too proud to beg."  They will whisk you away to another time and place, and make you feel "real good" deep down in your soul.
